By its utter failure a being able to complete the most basic research, the poster known as OTHMAN has managed to crawl from the sewers of obscurity and distiguish itself. By a nearly unanimous vote, the MGCNP elects OTHMAN to the rank of Lamer Of The Month, and decrees that from here to evermore, it shall be formally known as OT-Man.
